PETE aka PHD Mechanical is absolutely wonderful. Very professional, scheduled an appointment for me in an emergency for my sump pump. Answers questions even after the installation about how it works and Alex who came today did a great job! I highly recommend this company. This is not the first time I had them come and as always very satisfied.

We’ve had PHD come to our house on a few occasions. Always great techs who do solid work — they explain everything they are doing and why. We have worked with them through our home warranty and also called them for items outside scope of warranty because we trust their work.

Owners are great and super helpful. Andrew also came to my house and was very transparent on what he was doing and different solutions that can be taken***that 1 star that was given a few days ago should be removed. Most companies if not all companies in this field will not provide pricing until they can see the issue, this prevents quoting one price over phone and then quoting another price in person if the issue is worse than previously explained over the phone****
