He toured the property and explained the estimate. He and his team came out a week later. The roof was completed in one day and the workers were very respectful of the property. They even moved a heavy planter and furniture near the house that I neglected to move and returned it after completion. The roof looks great and they cleaned up everything even swept our leaves and picked up dead shrubbery and took to dumpster. Dumpster pickup was next day. “This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“
