“My need for exploring renovation options started when I became unable to use my bathroom because it was too small to reconfigure for wheelchair access. After receiving many estimates, I chose CGT. Not only did they propose the lowest cost, but the owner was eager to understand my situation and determine exactly what I needed. Together, we decided to use an adjacent room to create a new, much larger bathroom and convert the old bathroom into a “roll-in” closet.As construction progressed, I found that the project manager and workers were always on time, professional, competent, and very approachable. The all-important communication process (within CGT and between CGT and me) was ongoing, productive, and reassuring; we were a “team” and everyone was on the same page. Furthermore, if something wasn’t quite right, it was addressed immediately and conscientiously.Looking back at the whole process, I greatly appreciated the quality workmanship, and that they did the job exactly the way I wanted and needed it to be done. But most important to me was that they really cared about doing the very best job possible, and that the entire project was handled with integrity.Now that the construction is done, I can say the closet and bathroom are beautiful and the full accessibility perfectly meets my various needs, which is truly priceless!“

They communicated with us frequently throughout the process - from the estimate to the completion.Bob, his wife and his workers, Tom and Andy, are all a pleasure to work with. “The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. He pointed out another area on the front A-frame of the house which also needed attention. I appreciated the education and he even suggested that my son should come up and watch/video the work being done. Well, I started this post 2 weeks ago when I first got the estimate and I can now update my review with the latest information. I spoke with Mr. Kelley to say that I was ready to have the work done. He told me last week that he could get to me the end of this week (week of 8/15/22). Well C. Kelley Roofing did better than that. They came on Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. and got my top roof done. I needed am entire new roof laid down. They completed my roof around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and told me they would come back on Wednesday afternoon to do my front porch roof. They did just what they said they would do. I would highly recommend C. Kelley Roofing & Siding. By the way they put vinyl siding on the back of my neighbor's house and it is beautiful.Services: Gutter repairs“

“We own a very old house and its detached garage. Both of which were needing a new roof. In the summer of 2023, we had interviewed 4 separate roofers to get bids. The Severance family and their super hard-working guys were absolutely the BEST. Their years of experience showed them to be the most conscientious, thorough, and easiest to work with.Kevin Severance came out to our house, took the time (on a very hot day) to examine all aspects of the upper framing of our house, including our very hot attic (no other roofer we called for an estimate wanted see nor wanted to enter our attic). Kevin spent a lot of time with us. He offered us his unique and professional insights as to the detailed needs and the demands of venting our old roof/framing design. NO other roofer that we called offered this insight.The end result was simple perfection. We love their work and the final outcome of the new roof and the GAF roofing system.
