I had a great experience with Philadelphia Quality Roofing. I didn't realize how big of an issue I had, but PQR gave me a few options/estimates and completed the work quickly. They are very responsive to calls/emails and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors in the future.

Used PQR to install vinyl decking and capping on a newly replaced condo roof deck. Tom and his team demonstrated that they are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. Throughout the entire process, the PQR team was friendly and professional. Tom was very good with communication and ensuring that all of my concerns were adequately addressed (even now over a year later). Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the final product and would definitely trust PQR again with all my future roofing needs!

Tom and his team were life savers for us. We bought a house in the Philadelphia Art Museum area that had more substantial roofing and stucco problems than anticipated. Tom was able to promptly describe the problem and propose solutions that he followed through with. He was quick, ON-TIME when scheduled and cleaned up after themselves every day. They made it easy for me to deal with the whole process. I even recommended Tom to a neighbor who hired him to do similar work. She was also satisfied.
