Wm Brooks III Roofing is the best!!! This is the second time Billy has helped me with solving a roof/vent problem. I can't say enough about what a helpful and sincere guy he is. I had a vent problem on the side of my house and could not find an agency to fix it because it was too high up for most common ladders. Then, I thought about my previous positive experience with Wm Brooks III repairing my roof and called them again. Billy showed up the next day and after seeing my problem, he promptly fixed it on the spot. THANK YOU!
We had our roof and gutters replaced. We went with them because of the roofing product they use and the price point is on par with other installer. The installation was smooth and completed in a day. They even painted the chimney. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
This place did my roof in 2020, had a leak and called them, in a few hours Pete was on my roof corking my chimney. This is the place you need to do business with, they are wonderful, respectful people, family owned is the way to go, I recommend this place highly.
