I spoke to salesmen at 1dream home inc (roofing), then had eric m come to home for no pressure estimate, explaining what certain problems that are occurring with 20+yr old roof. he educated me on owens corning roofing products as well as the other valley and venting improvements and the values. explained transparently the funding options with goodLeap. the timing of dumpster dropoff, start of ripoff and roofing/gutter install was well within expectation. the quality met expectations. the dumpster was removed within three business days. the GoodLeap lending group is currently in contact with me to make sure understanding of contract agreement is crystal clear. They did a good job 2/23/2024, we were able to negotiate the price, they picked up all the trash and nails when they were done. A supervisor came to make sure the work was done well, and was also available for any concerns. They called me later to make sure I was okay.
