When I needed to replace an old school roof in south Philly, I got incredibly nervous that it would break the bank. After five quotes, loonstyn was the most prompt, fair pricing, and nice team to work with. Within in week, we had a new roof. Easy peazy and fair.

We had loonstyn come out after the recent snowfall led to a leak in the ceiling of our south Philly homes second floor.Everyone we interacted with were polite and prompt in their follow ups. Frank came out to assess the situation and gave us multiple options to remediate the issue. The prices he gave were fair and he never upsold us or pressured our decision.We had their team come out to lay a fresh roof. They arrived right on schedule and finished same day without leaving a trace.Overall we are very happy with the experience and would recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This team does great work and the communication is top notch. Through the estimate and scheduling my roofing job, I never waited more than a few hours for a response from Frank, such a great guy. I had quite a few problems with my roof, including issues with the drain and flashing around the perimeter. Frank gave me a fair price and detailed the work that needed to be performed to get everything 110%. This is a company that takes pride in their work and I appreciate businesses that operate this way. Worth every penny in my opinion. Highly recommend to anyone with roofing needs, thank you again!
