“Our experience with Bibbo builders for our shingle replacement was very positive from start to finish. First they were prompt in returning our call and scheduling an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We had a double layer of shingles to be removed and also needed some of the wood base layer replaced. Pictures were sent before moving forward with wood replacement. We are happy with the completed job, they even replaced the shingles on our shed. Would recommend“

“Agree with other reviews. Standup company. We had some hiccups along the way with weather and historical commission needs but ultimately got the job done with an excellent, courteous team and trust that these guys are around. Love that we see them all around the neighborhood doing work - makes that 10 year guarantee feel more real. Also, Earl is just a nice, interesting guy.Especially help their fair approach - we have a tight driveway and their truck damaged our back gate. They handled the situation fairly which could have left a bad taste in mouth. Instead, once again, they demonstrated their professional approach.Will be sure to use them to maintain our roof going forward (we had a flat roof and pitched) and recommend to neighbors.They were not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive but after lots of quotes and research I am confident they are the right pick for value.“

“Made the call to Top Tier and Sean was out the following day to offer a fair estimate. We had to get work done on our soffit first so we held off booking the roof until that carpentry was done. In that interim time Sean reached out to check in about the roof but I never felt pressured. When it the other was finished I texted Sean and he got us scheduled within a week. Our mod-bit rubber roof with vents was installed in a little less than a half day. Upon completion we were able to go up the ladder and view the excellent work. The roofers answered any questions we had.were assured by contract that the work is guaranteed for 15 years but I believe it will last much longer. I would definitely recommend this very professional company for being easy to deal with and doing solid roof work.“

“The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. He pointed out another area on the front A-frame of the house which also needed attention. I appreciated the education and he even suggested that my son should come up and watch/video the work being done. Well, I started this post 2 weeks ago when I first got the estimate and I can now update my review with the latest information. I spoke with Mr. Kelley to say that I was ready to have the work done. He told me last week that he could get to me the end of this week (week of 8/15/22). Well C. Kelley Roofing did better than that. They came on Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. and got my top roof done. I needed am entire new roof laid down. They completed my roof around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and told me they would come back on Wednesday afternoon to do my front porch roof. They did just what they said they would do. I would highly recommend C. Kelley Roofing & Siding. By the way they put vinyl siding on the back of my neighbor's house and it is beautiful.Services: Gutter repairs“
