We hired USA ROOF MASTERS to install a new roof, and to replace the Dormers of our home.The salesperson Jim Kovac, In my opinion, he's a great asset to your company! Very friendly and knowledgeable.The 2nd person we delt with was Matt O'Shaugnessy, who kept in contact with us via email or text every day informing us of when the crew would be here to start... We had lots of bad weather to work around! The 3rd person we delt with was Dave Torres and crew. Dave, also a very nice man and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had the pleasure of hiring USA Roofmaster’s to repair and replace the roof on my home, and I am beyond impressed with the service they provided.From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every interaction with their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. We recently had our roof replaced by USA Roof Masters. They did a fantastic job right from the beginning to end. Dennis and Matt were very professional and helpful. They took their time to explain the process, were very friendly and patiently answered my questions. They gave the addresses of some of their jobs to help us choose the material and color.On the day of installation, Wagner Mora, their Supervisor, reached out to me , once again explained the process, and completed the job to my satisfaction while paying attention to details, without any damage to my lawn or shrubs.
