Ellen Gonik #1 Real Estate Agent in Livingston, NJ
“Ellen is ranked the #1 Real Estate agent in Livingston for good reason. She's the best of the best in Livingston.
Ellen did an excellent job up front explaining exactly how she planned on selling my house, detailing recommendations on what needed to be done to make it more desirable for clients including timing, aesthetic repairs, etc.
She did a tremendous job communicating throughout the entire process. I always knew what she planned on doing and when, received excellent feedback from prospective buyers, recommendations on how to handle feedback on the inspection results - including service providers who could help and so much more.
She also is a master negotiator with prospective clients in helping them understand the pros/cons of the property and how it might fit for their needs. She was able to get over asking for my house and from her track record, seems to get over asking for nearly every house she sells.
No need to even look for other agents if you're buying or selling in Livingston, Ellen is your person.”
