Working with Marsha was the best experience all around. At first, I thought that I could sell my property on my own (I must have been out of my mind). I could go on and on, but since she has fantastic negotiation skills, we had multiple prospective Buyers within an extremely short time. We settled on one Buyer, and Marsha worked side-by-side with me through everything, including some unexpected speed bumps along the way to a successful sale. Marsha is calm, cool, and collected even in stressful situations. She is impressive and I was and am impressed!
