We just closed on a house thanks to the Lattimer Team.. Jeff, Patrese and Justine were nothing short of professional, courteous and dedicated to helping us buy a house in the covid crazy market. They did the impossible and navigated through hoops with our demanding VA mortgage. The whole process was smoother and much less stressful than anticipated.
