“Julio Roman was extremely helpful in helping us buying our first house. He took time to find the house that fit our description and the area we stated we wanted. Julio didn’t rush us to get whatever was available at the time but he made sure we find a home that satisfy our needs as a young couple moving out of the City and starting our family in New Jersey. We were very satisfied with the entire process. Julio was very knowledgeable about the area and was very responsive to all of our questions as first-time home buyers. Julio navigated us through the buying process and he made it stressful-free. He was patient with us throughout our search, was generous and straightforward in giving us detailed feedback about properties that we saw, provided us with suggestions for inspectors and mortgage consultant we used during the home-buying process, and helped to set realistic expectations throughout the process. Ultimately, Julio helped us negotiate a great purchase price. Overall, Julio helped us to buy our ideal home. We would highly recommend him!”
