I just have to start by saying that if it wasn't for Ellen, we would have not been able to purchase our dream home. If you're planning to buy in Livingston, Summit, Madison, and any surrounding area, SHE IS IT! What makes Ellen so special? Ellen is very well connected to several service providers that makes your life A LOT easier when it comes to negotiating the best deal end to end, and they all truly form an A++ team from the attorney, contractor, inspectors of all kind, banks, clients, etc... ELLEN!!! We probably had the longest house hunting relationship with Ellen, but she never let us felt it that way. She was very patient with us. Her knowledge about real estate is incredible. She will let you know if the house is a good match to your needs or not. She is straight to the point and won’t hesitate to give you earful advice if she thinks that you are going in the wrong direction. She will stick with you all along the process and provide guidance.
