Our experience working with Chuck Hendershot at Feel at Home Realty was fantastic from start to finish. We unsuccessfully tried to sell our own home first. Then we realized we needed help. Feel at Home Realty gave us great advice on our sale price and staging our home, we sold it within a week of listing it, and we closed 30 days later. Best part of all we paid him a commission to sell our house but we got more than that back when we bought our new house using him as our buyer's agent. So the net result is that we actually got paid $3,000 for using him for both transactions!!! We were very surprised it worked out so well - everyone should use Feel at Home Realty.
