I have never moved or even thought about what it would be like to sell a house before. All of the details were so overwhelming to handle. Well, that was not the case with our realtor Claudia Patterson. She came in and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and consideration to the sensitive situation we were in. She was efficient and clear with my time table and made sure I understood exactly wat was going on and when. She made sure to use every resource she had to make this experience as smooth as possible. She introduced us to the revitalize program. Which we would not have been able to handle our repairs with out. She truly represents the Coldwell Banker name with pride and exceeds every standard. I will 100% be going through her to purchase my next home and referring her to every friend that needs a realtor. I could not be more grateful to Claudia and her team.
