“We had an excellent experience working with Kamilla on the sale of our home and could not be happier with the outcome.
From the very beginning, Kamilla demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. She gave us a very realistic assessment of our home's value and helped us understand the right price range we should be targeting. Her advice gave us confidence that we were neither undervaluing the house nor setting unrealistic expectations. She then helped us develop the right pricing strategy, quickly generated strong buyer interest, lined up multiple potential buyers, and helped us carefully evaluate the offers and choose the right buyer—not simply the first one to come along.
What impressed us most was how completely we were able to trust her with the entire process. We were away during much of the negotiation and transaction period, so we essentially handed everything over to Kamilla—including the house itself. She took full ownership of the deal, handled the negotiations, stayed in close contact with the buyers and their side, followed up on every detail, and kept the transaction moving forward all the way through closing.
While we were away, Kamilla also went well beyond what we normally would have expected from a real estate agent. She helped keep an eye on the house and coordinated the things that needed to be taken care of, including arranging property maintenance such as lawn mowing and other work around the house.
