Gatti charged a fraction of that to actually fix the problem - and for years now we've had reliable heat. Gatti has also installed a water heater, a water softener, and a pipe connecting our sump to a backyard spout, each time fulfilling our requests on short notice. Time was important, and RDH came through immediately with a survey and a reasonable estimate, and then provided a 1-day fix to keep us on track to closing. They are very responsive, and the job was well done on schedule!“

“On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. We were “pleasantly surprised” a live person answered,which is a rarity today. Our experience started when we explained our desparate situation. We would like to recognize the following techs. The staff in the office who instructed us that Delroy would be coming to our home that evening. He was so “professional” and instructed us. after assessing the situation a team would be out the following day repair the cracked sewer line in our wall. Early the following morning the team of Johnny,Jorge and Darwin showed up,and immediately started working on the damage.
