The Hoboken Man

Just got a haircut today (October 18, 2023) with James. I don’t have a lot of hair to work with and he could’ve gotten me in and out in under 10 minutes- which I’m totally used to. However, James took his time. He was meticulous and precise and wasn’t in a rush. It was an outstanding experience. Possibly the best haircut I’ve ever had, certainly the best one I’ve had in the last 10 years! As usual, “The Hoboken Man” lived up to its stellar reputation and James provided an excellent service. I live on the West Coast but travel here quite often. When I do, I always love stopping by “The Hoboken Man” for a fantastic cut.

I recently moved to Hoboken and this barber shop was recommended by friends. My second time back, my stylist listened to what was bothering me and did a great job. Also like that they wash hair after the cut and the shoulder massage is very welcome!

Awesome place to get a haircut. I’ve been going there for almost a year and it’s been a great experience. It took me a while to find a spot I liked since I moved to the area. The sports bar vibe is really cool.
