In addition to doing a great job with the actual technique things — haircuts, colors, etc — she knows what she’s talking about and will give honest, informed opinions to help you decide what would look best and feel best for you. I’ve been going to Celeste/Salon Phoenix for nearly 7 years for color, cut and blowout each time. I’ve always been really satisfied! Celeste gives you her undivided attention because she only takes 1 customer at a time. She has given me great suggestions for my hair (and sometimes for my life!). Plus, I love the snacks and treats she provides for customers - it’s just a great atmosphere at Salon Phoenix!
