The couples massage was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The location is comfortably clean and relaxing. The masseuse was professional and I felt so relieved afterwards. I will definitely be booking again via the convenient website/app! As a side note, the entrance to the location is a small white door that has a keypad attached to it (to the right of the main entrance to the building).
I get massages quarterly, and this is the best massage I’ve had in YEARS. I appreciated the details in comfort (small heater in the bathroom, heated massage beds, and heated towels throughout the massage) that made the experience soothing from beginning to end. Most importantly the customer service was gentle, informative, and so inviting. I called last minute for a couples massage and was met with such accommodating patience. Though there isn’t parking, I appreciate the communication to offer me additional information.
