Amazing location and amazing service! Nelly is really the sweetest hairdresser. She listened to me and really wanted to understand what I wanted for my blonding service. She took her time applying the bleach so the results look very natural and not rushed unlike other places. I will be returning. Thank you Nelly!

I made a color consultation appointment with Nelly with an interest of doing highlights (without bleaching) on my jet black hair. Nelly supported that if I didn't want to bleach it then don't bleach me. She pulled out some inspirational photos for me and suggested that I do a full balayage. We agreed on the color (caramel). So the day of my appointment comes, and the whole process took approximately 2.5 hours and I love how it came out. My hair does not feel dry and still looks/feels fairly healthy. Nelly only takes one customer at a time, so I had the whole salon to myself. She's very warm and very easy to talk to. We shared many funny stories on a nice Saturday afternoon. Will definitely recommend Nelly if you're considering a balayage.
