Finally someone who gets curly hair! I highly recommend anyone with curly hair to make an appointment with Katey. She listened to my hair goals and gave me future tips for hair care. My haircut and hair coloring came out great!

Katey is my go- to girl for curls. A friend recommended her when I first moved to New Jersey and she hasn’t disappointed since. At the consult/ first cut I felt like she really listened to what I was wanting and understood my hesitation toward the scissors (every curly girl had been scarred at least once, right?!). I recommend Katey to everyone I meet with curly hair whether you need a total refresh or just a touch up and reshaping. She makes me feel like the best, bounciest version of myself. I mean, that smile says it all!

I have been going to Katey for 2-3 years now. She is absolutely the best. She lives up to her name, “hobokenhairfairy”. In the beginning when I went to her for the first time, my hair was COMPLETELY damaged from other salons. Now it’s the healthiest it can ever be thanks to Katey.
