“Roto Rooter came out to my house after the toilet when flushed was leaking into the basement. First a supervisor responded to ensure the tech would be able to handle the job. He took a Quick Look in the basement and said what it likely was. A technician followed about 20 minutes later and let me tell you this guy was exceptional. Lenny Colon reiterated what the supervisor said, and quickly took care of the problem. Left some recommendations for the future and thanked me for my military service. Not only will I use Roto-Rooter again but I will personally request Lenny.“

Tech was professional and friendly, explaining what services he performed – even did some extra research on the brand of system he was unfamiliar with to explain things to me.“

“Couldn't ask for a better experience. These guys showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up behind themselves. We were able to be squeezed in very quickly and were given the option to pay a flat rate, or pay by the hour + materials. We were actually referred to them by a former employee.
