I had a very positive experience. Scheduled a service call online with a two hour window. Service tech showed on time. Kitchen drain was plugged up. He had it cleared within an hour.
A couple days later the pipe under sink was leaking. I called and a service tech was there within two hours repaired at no charge.
Brian was friendly and knowledgeable, had a minor issue with the cover of the toilet bowl but he came back out and resolved it quickly. The pricing was high but the work was good.
Roto Rooter came out to my house after the toilet when flushed was leaking into the basement. First a supervisor responded to ensure the tech would be able to handle the job. He took a Quick Look in the basement and said what it likely was. A technician followed about 20 minutes later and let me tell you this guy was exceptional. Lenny Colon reiterated what the supervisor said, and quickly took care of the problem. Left some recommendations for the future and thanked me for my military service. Not only will I use Roto-Rooter again but I will personally request Lenny.
