“Frank got here within a day of my call. After hearing my explanation and examining the system, he diagnosed the problem quickly. Took a few days to get the parts and about a week to schedule the install. Install was delayed because of emergency work, but A-1 was able to accommodate us the following day. System has worked as expected since then and the problem appears to have been resolved.“
