He always communicated what might be the problem, and it was a strange one, but to be patient and let him try and figure it out before we jumped to any conclusions. After he solved the issue Anthony continued to check in with me to make sure the fridge was working properly. As a small business owner and someone who works by themselves regularly, I appreciated Anthony’s personality and persistence in getting the problem solved. I highly recommend!“

“The staff from beginning to end were great, systems seem to be working great. They just ended the work day almost 3 hours past daylight and I wasn’t able to see the outside correctly and kind of signed off blindly. Next day in daylight everything seems good. Just wish they would have started earlier so the work was done before 8:30pm. Over all the gentlemen that installed and the everyone definitely great and recommended“

“They were very responsive. The day after I called, they came and gave me a quote. For a combi, ( a boiler, hot water heater combination) The combi is energy efficient. They were not pushy at all. I compared it to other quotes and the pricing was very reasonable. The work took 1.5 days. They left everything clean when finished. The next day there was a small leak in a valve. I called and they came right out to fix it.“

They discovered that the freon had leaked out of the secondary system. They checked with the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty. They tightened all the fittings and recharged the coolant so I'm up and running just in time for the first heat wave of the Jersey Shore. Thank you, thank you ,thank you.“

This company is very responsive and was able to send a plumber the day after I called; the only downside was that the first repair did not entirely resolve the issue so I had to call again and it was determined that the entire appliance needed to be replaced. However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“
