From the extremely knowledgeable salesperson, who showed me and explained my issues, to the equally knowledgeable technicians who installed it, they were quick and attentive to my questions and concerns. Ron was the lead installer, and he ran upon a few snags due to issues specific to my house. He was very kind and quick in resolving the problems and give me everything I requested. He promised to come back the next day to make sure my furnace was running properly and was true to his word. Ron is an asset to Air Experts. I've called Customer Service several times and they pick up the phone right away and get me help just as quick. My furnace runs beautifully.
