The personnel were very professional, attentive, helpful and pocket friendly. As I live out of state, my tenant informed me she couldn't be happier. She states they did an amazing job!
Around 5 years ago, I was struggling mightily to find an HVAC company. I had just met with a salesman from Midstate Heating & Cooling, who was trying to sell me a top of the line (and over the top) 3 zone system, as well as Delta, who gave me an absurd price and brought along a “plumber friend” for a gas piping estimate, who piled it on, too. I then contacted Irons HVAC, since I was seeing their (then black and white) trucks seemingly everywhere. I spoke with the owner, Steve, and not a salesman, when I called. Steve came out and questioned why I would even need such expensive machines. “I do multi-million dollar homes on the ocean, and those furnaces are overkill.”...read full review
Exceptionally responsive, explained everything so that I could understand the technical aspects and the price. Excellent communication for scheduling and follow up. Absolutely would recommend them
