First choice reached out to us to remind us that we didn’t have units checked for the summer which is a service provided twice a year through our service contract. I was so appreciative they reached out because time just vanished this summer and it’s important to keep it running well to have it serviced twice a year. Andy came out and was thorough and informative through this process, making recommendations that would help keep the units running efficiently! We love first choice and have always had superior experiences!
