We have just moved into a house and we called Rostron for a HVAC tech to come out to make sure all of our equipment was running and serviced properly before fully moving in. We had the tech Steve come and he was amazing. He answered all our silly questions. We also had Adam, their plumber, come out to hook up the washer and dryer and check out a few other things around the house. Would definitely recommend giving them a call
I recently had a new HVAC system installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The system is efficient, quiet, and reliable. Our installers, Christian, Garrett and Rich, were professional and polite while working inside and around our home, which is something very important to me as a mother of four. I was also impressed with the attention to detail, as I was given a magnetic file holder to attach to the system to hold the manuals. Thank you Josh for guiding us in our decision to upgrade and replace our HVAC with a new Daikin system. We're very happy with the footprint of the outside Daikin FIT and thrilled with the sound level reduction compared with our old Lennox A/C. The installation team -- Shawn, Christian, and Garrett -- were great. Hard to believe that they could finish this job in one day but they were very focused and very skilled. Congrats to this team (but our dog misses them...)
