“Seckin Endometriosis Center has changed my life. After years of being rejected by doctors and struggling for someone to believe in my pain enough to operate on me (many said I was too young to have endometriosis or severe pain), I finally came across this clinic. Not only did Dr. Chu hear me out, but she validated my pain and experiences from our very first conversation. I knew I had to fly in to NYC to meet with her and follow through with the procedure right away. Throughout the entire process everyone was so kind and I truly felt cared for (office staff, assistants, surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses, hospital staff). I couldn't have possible asked for a better experience. And despite the fact that all of my imaging had come back clear--Dr. Chu discovered Stage ll endometriosis during my excision operation. It has been nearly 3 months since this all happened and there are days where I'm still in disbelief that I was lucky enough to have encountered this amazing doctor and her amazing staff. So far I am already feeling so much better and my pain has significantly decreased. It's surreal. I am so grateful to have gone here, words cannot possibly do it justice.“

“I had been the patient of a gynecology practice that I despised for over ten years. The reason? I hadn't been able to find better...until today. I had asked friends for their recommendations and their favorite gyno was either too far or didn't take my insurance. The walk in gyno has several locations and one is actually a 15 minute walk from me. Unfortunately that location does not accept my insurance. Yesterday, I made a spur of the moment change. Instead of keeping the appointment with my former gynecologist, I decided to go to the city for this new experience at Walk In Gynecology. It was super easy to get to. The front desk staff are friendly and that is always important. Now, the wait was long. I was at this office almost four hours. That includes the wait time, exam time, sono time and speaking with the medical provider. They were down a doctor yesterday, so really it's to be expected. The staff are all friendly. The room for the sonographer has soothing water sounds played. I felt like an actual patient and not a pain to some office that doesn't care. I will now make this my practice and will be their patient.“

“I was extremely anxious coming to Planned Parenthood as I’ve never been to one before and have heard some not so great things about it. Fortunately my experience here at Hackensack was made extremely pleasant by the lady at the front desk (did not catch her name) and even more by nurse Yvonne. My nurse, Yvonne, made me feel very comfortable and calm during my entire time at the clinic and I really appreciate her amazing hospitality. I’m very thankful to have such a good experience here and definitely would recommend to anyone else.Only downside is anticipate about 1-1.5 hr wait time even with an appointment due to high volume of patients.“
