I’m Ry Zheng, three months ago on May 7th , I came Weibo Medical Care because of I got severe pain in my chest in the morning, but I didn’t realize how bad it was , took few hours to came to see doctor, doctor Zheng Li diagnosed quickly that I was having a heart attack according to my symptoms , he made quite decision called 911 send me to the hospital saved my life , I am here want to thank Weibo Medical Care and Doctor Zheng Li , thank you so much for saving my life !
I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check in process smooth. Coco was professional and kept everything well organized. The doctor was patient, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. I felt genuinely cared for.
Dr. Zheng is a highly professional doctor with a wonderful bedside manner, which is the primary reason I continue to visit this clinic for Ten years. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, Coco Xu, has been deeply disappointing. She is consistently impatient and dismissive of patient concerns. Her tone is overbearing and arrogant, as if she expects patients to tolerate poor service simply because of Dr. Zheng’s reputation. As the face of the clinic, the front desk should be supportive and empathetic—literally putting themselves in the patients' shoes.
