The place was clean, and the environment was welcoming. The staff was courteous and helpful. The assistant was thorough in asking questions and never rushed me to respond. Dr. Sheila Pongnon conducted a thorough examination, explained everything clearly throughout the process, and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable during both the examination and consultation. The practice is well equipped, and I was able to have a pelvic sonogram completed before leaving the facility.
My experience was good. I called to cancel my appointment but no one answered.. I got a call back about 10 minutes later and rescheduled my appointment and made a telehealth appointment with the doctor who I really needed to speak to and it was great
it was my first time going to a gynecologist so I was feeling a little awkward. she was very sweet and explained everything she was going to do step by step, and made me feel very comfortable with her.
