I was early for my appointment and saw some staff in the waiting area of the building as the office was not open prior to opening hours. However, the service was great and my concerns were taking care of Respectfully.
Dr. Pognon is a professional and always makes me feel comfortable to discuss my concerns. She's willing to answer questions in terms I can understand as a patient who is not in the medical field. Additionally, she's quite knowledgeable and the fact that African American, makes me feel safe going to her practice. I know I'm in good hands.
The place was clean and the procedure was started on time however the numming medication was not effective at all and I felt the pain scraping and Biopsies are not pleasant at all I feel there should be better pain relief during this procedure but Dr Got right into it and I couldn’t wait for her it to be done and finished praise the Lord four stars for the pain was whew had 2days off work afterwards
