They spread out different parts of the visit so it didn't feel like a horribly long wait. Doctor and nurses were very sweet and supportive. Doctor talked through each step of the procedure so I never felt surprised or uncomfortable.
They're very slow but that's expected at this kind of facility. The security, front desk staff and techs are great. But the NP Sarah E Warshaw was very rude and dismissive. Why work in an area like the Bronx if this is the way you choose to be with the demographic that resides here? She laughed at my concerns, wrongly tried to educate me on something, not knowing that this is the field I've worked in for years along side MDs, PAs, and NPs and am very educated on the subject. If I wasn't already late to pick up my child I would have let her know exactly how wrong she was but I think for my sake and hers it was best to just leave it to my formal complaint and this review.

It’s my first time here today for iud insertion and at first it was okay. Staff is nice and the place looks nice and clean but I have been here since 12:40pm (1pm appointment but when I click details for my appointment it said 12:40pm so I came early.) and it is now 2:40pm and still have not gotten my 5 minute procedure done. Nurses told me my doctor was on an hour break. If they have an hour break, why schedule me during it? I can’t believe how long this is taking.
