“I honestly had an excellent experience here with the staff. I felt they cared and answered all of my questions and concerns. My only complaint is towards management, you guys really need more staff. The doctor and the rest of the ladies work pretty hard. They deserve more help, the doctor timed herself and even though the alarm went off, she did not rush and treated me with respect and compassion, explained my birth control options and in any moment she was rushing even though she knew she was falling behind. So please get more staff, they all deserve it.“

“Seckin Endometriosis Center has changed my life. After years of being rejected by doctors and struggling for someone to believe in my pain enough to operate on me (many said I was too young to have endometriosis or severe pain), I finally came across this clinic. Not only did Dr. Chu hear me out, but she validated my pain and experiences from our very first conversation. I knew I had to fly in to NYC to meet with her and follow through with the procedure right away. Throughout the entire process everyone was so kind and I truly felt cared for (office staff, assistants, surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses, hospital staff). I couldn't have possible asked for a better experience. And despite the fact that all of my imaging had come back clear--Dr. Chu discovered Stage ll endometriosis during my excision operation. It has been nearly 3 months since this all happened and there are days where I'm still in disbelief that I was lucky enough to have encountered this amazing doctor and her amazing staff. So far I am already feeling so much better and my pain has significantly decreased. It's surreal. I am so grateful to have gone here, words cannot possibly do it justice.“

I took me just about 10 minutes for my name to be called i was really impressed on how fast walks in are called i got taken care of real fast. I been to other places even to get results and it has taken me nearly 2 hours of waiting time. The place is very clean, The service is always outstanding wish they had places like this all all over the city. When you come in they welcome you in a nice way always with good mornings or good afternoons.
