The location is nice and I have been here before in a different floor for physical therapy.I was greeted by friendly staff and my main reason for being here is Dr. Segarra-Rivera. She treated me with such respect as a patient in Englewood hospital, and decided to continue my follow up care with her. “I was at planned parenthood today. I have been trying to get an appointment here because I do not have insurance when I arrived I was treated by Chanel at the front desk. She helped me throughout the whole process and was extremely attentive and thorough. Emma was my attendant and the nurse practitioner was so gentle and careful. They all listened to my needs and never made me feel judged. The office is uniting and clean. You can feel the care put into everything they do. There seemed to be about 4 workers in total including the 3 I mentioned and they are giving every client the same attention and care. Planned parenthood is always packed with people looking for attention and this team has their roles down pat. Everyone gives the same care and attention and is doing their best to get you in and out a quickly as they can. I would definitely go back here and would recommend anyone looking to talk about delicate information regarding their bodies and symptoms. “I have been going to this office for over 5 months and from the beginning I have been impressed. At first I had a decent doctor he helped me and gave decent patient care. The receptionists have always been great and extremely helpful. At my most recent visit I was given a new doctor and I was completely blown away. She was a Nurse Practitioner, Eva Macsai. From the moment she came in the room she showed so much empathy and care to my issues. She sat there and explained what was wrong and how the medications she was prescribing me would fix the issues. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. I leave reviews when necessary and this is the most urgent review I have ever left. Everyone must go see Dr. Eva Macsai she performed the most excellent patient care and truly acknowledged me and my problems and I felt confident leaving there knowing she could be my OB Gyn forever or however long time permits.“
