Arrived on time, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced the broken part in my dryer with the new part he had in his car. Could not have had an easier appliance repair transaction. Do not hesitate to call Sam if you need appliances repaired.“

Frank was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process, while George was excellent at problem-solving and making sure everything worked perfectly. 244 Trenton Ave, Paterson“Update: I have been continuously working with Zaina Service Tech for the past 3 years and I highly recommend them. Highly technical and fair.I used Zaina after having gone through 5 different companies trying to identify my AC issues. My AC unit wasn't cooling and I called Zaina to see what's going on. Every year I have this problem twice a year. People would come out and just try to fix the issue by refilling the refrigerant, nobody was able to identify why the system was leaking. Zaina came out to my house multiple times to try to identify the issues. He had a lot of tech/tools with him and was able to identify the leak and show my exactly what was going on with my unit. A problem 5 different companies wasted my money and never able to figure out. After getting a quote from him, he gave me a great price on replacing my unit. He was honest from the first call and being an engineer myself, I saw how thorough he is in his work. He replaced my unit in 1 day and tested every little detail of the new system. Very happy with his service and knowledge, highly recommend him if you are looking to identify and fix AC issues. Highly recommended company.“

I could write a whole novel about how amazing he was this morning. I came in to fix my Dyson AirStraightener, bought last year as a refurbished model (never again!), only to find out the warranty had expired and the repair would cost a fortune.
Then comes Daniel, smart, super knowledgeable and so genuine, and somehow I walk out with a brand-new Dyson at a lower price than in stores. I honestly felt like I was taking a college class on customer service!
Dyson, your employee Daniel is pure gold. ✨“

23 N Farview Ave #8, Paramus“I had an excellent experience with Pete's; I strongly recommend them.
My new Blue Star refrigerator was beeping intermittently, driving us crazy, not showing any error message. Johann, the tech from Pete's, came and said, "usually, it's the sensor in the refrigerator." But this is a high tech refrigerator, so we downloaded a diagnostic file to a thumb drive and sent it to the manufacturer, and they said to replace the sensor in the freezer. Johann came back and did that: the beeping continued. Multiple diagnostic files and new parts later, Johann came back and replaced the sensor in the refrigerator. Problem solved, and now I trust Johann more than the onboard diagnostics.
Apparently, I'm the first customer in Jersey City since the pandemic. I hope they continue to include me in their service area!“

1016 Bloomfield St, Hoboken“Had a great experience with Jimmy and his team. I recieved a call back in 2 hrs after i left a message, and was able to get an appt for the next day even though they were working on another project. Jimmy is detailed oriented, takes initiatives, and tidy with his work. For example, my thermostat was missing the C cable although it is unrelated to my problem. When i ask him about it, he has already taken care of it prior to my inquiry. I have included a picture of his team bundling the cables nicely after they did the repairs. I am glad i found a great aircon service firm.“

He was also clear on the charges and gave me a breakdown to help me understand what all my fees covered. The technician made sure that I knew what the problem was and what he was fixing before ordering parts and finishing the job. I was really impressed with their work ethics, honesty and Customer service throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend and hire Fuse HVAC for future home repairs.“

85 Lawrence St, Hackensack“We own several Wolf/Sub Zero appliances. We are very pleased with all of them. There have been a few occasions when things haven’t worked well. Fortunately, Wolf/Sub Zero stands behind their products with an impressive warranty and will quickly put you in touch with companies that service your area.
L&J appliances BASED OUT OF HACKENSACK NJ
( make sure you reach out to the right L&J 201- 489-9494 ) are the authorized W/SZ repair technicians for our area. I am incredibly pleased with everything about L&J. The techs have been on time, professional, courteous and actually don’t mind customers that ask questions. On the last visit the tech had to run through a cycle in our dishwasher to check on the part he replaced and he asked my wife and I if we had any questions about ANY of the appliances we had while he had some extra time on his hands. He didn’t go out for a smoke break or get on his cell phone.
In this day and age it’s hard to find companies that employ knowledgable, friendly, courteous people that act like they’re visiting your home instead of acting like as a customer you owe them a favor for performing the task at hand. L&J has been one company that has earned my respect for quality professional work that I would whole heartedly recommend to anybody who needs an appliance serviced. It seems to me that this company treats their employees well, so they in turn treat the customers well too.
When the time does come to buy new appliances again, I would seriously factor the incredible service L&J has provided to us when making that decision. They stand by the work they do and they stand by the products they service. always positive“

285 Passaic Ave, Nutley“Sorry, I didn't know you are another company. When I made the following, the website popped out and I believed you are a national chain and this was the headquarters of FridgeFix. We are actually located in Southern California. My apology again. The following is hereby withdrawn:
My husband booked a refrigerator maintenance service online from FridgeFix's website Saturday, October 12, 2024 and requested the time and date for the service to be today(Thursday) afternoon. We provided our about-10-year-old refrigerator's brand name and model number, and indicated what we want is mainly to replace the door seals. We then received a confirmation in our email and cell phone message. The confirmation also said, a technician will call us about 30 minutes before his arrival, from 12:00 to 3:00 on the said day. We waited from about 11:30 but got nothing until about 2:30 somebody called hello at our door. It's the technician. That's no big issue, though the technician explained he didn't know we were told to expect a call before he comes. We noticed he virtually carries nothing with him, no tools, no replacement seals... He explained he called us a few times yesterday, but with his caller ID blocked, added he. We then recalled yes we did receive two or three strange calls with caller ID blocked. Why!? Is there any legitimate company’s service person calling his customer with caller ID blocked? How many people pick up a phone call with caller ID blocked nowadays? He explained he needs the SN for the right replacement seals. He then opened the refrigerator and found the information. He made a phone call and found that the parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer. The cost is $540 and an additional $160 for optional freezer door seal. It will be about $1,000, with labor added, not worth for a 10-year-old refrigerator. We said unlikely we will accept it, we rather buy a new one. Then he charged us $85.00 and left. That’s just for coming, finding the SN, checking their inventory, and making a quote. Nothing else. We believe what his calls yesterday with his caller ID blocked is all about is to make it seemingly necessary for himself to physically show up so that he can make the charge. This could be perfectly done through just a couple of phone calls, without blocking the caller ID, of course, just as many honest companies and service people normally do. Smart way to make $85, but you tainted your company’s reputation and yours personal as well!“
