Despite being fully booked, based on my symptoms, squeezed me in right away. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the optometrist was amazing. Thorough, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose that what I had was not an immediate issue and gave me confidence to fly back to Oz without worrying (on the plane now). Done in less than 2 hours. Original review: I scheduled an annual vision exam at Heights Vision. I sent an email to confirm my appointment and was notified last minute (less than a week before my appointment) that my appointment was cancelled without an explanation or offering alternatives times. The email was sent outside of business hours.
