“My wife and I called Air Care to get an estimate on replacing our heating/AC system. We got a quick return call from Tom who met us at our home to go over the options. He had an estimate emailed to us the next day which we accepted. The materials were ordered and an install date scheduled. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and did a clean installation. “The service was very good. When I scheduled the appointment I was quoted a price of $169.
I probably should have known better because I am in a townhouse with two units. My suggestion is that the office scheder should ask advise the customer that your price is per unit. Again I should have known better. So as you can see you b can understand my surprise.
