Needed A/C service during the recent hot spell. Mike arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately, he had the replacement part on the truck and made the repair right away, and he checked the system several times to ensure it was working properly. He was professional, courteous, and he explained the cause of my problem, including showing me the defective part. Would definitely call East Coast again.
