I bought an existing townhouse in Barnegat that had an HVAC unit with dual thermostats. Almost the first thing I did after the walk through was pull open the furnace filter.... something the building inspector failed to do! It was the wrong size (4... 1X20X25 instead of 4X20X24!) and the color of a black cat and just as fuzzy... And I next lifted up a floor vent off the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, and it was filled with sand, Cheerios, and lollypop sticks! Which meant all the duct work was likely equally debris filled. Just had our ducts cleaned today by Air Doctors, Inc and they did an amazing job. From start to finish they were professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their ducts cleaned. Great company and great people. Thank You
