Upon moving to the area, it reminded me of my uncles NYC dry clean/tailoring biz (I’m 55 for ref) so I gave it a try. I’m so glad I did because everything I’ve brought in has been done perfectly as requested.
Turnaround time is one week every time, which I don’t mind because good things come to those who wait.
As for value, I believe you get what you pay for so for me it equates.

I cannot stress how highly I recommend Aida. If you are on the fence about electrolysis, all I can say is just do it! This is a hit or miss salon depending on who you see. Zack is awesome, absolutely love him. He is wicked knowledgeable and gave me the most amazing haircuts of my life. 👑❤ There is another stylist I saw here, won't mention her name, who used sheers to thin my hair to borderline nothing and resulted in tons of frizz on my hair. Stopped in today while in the area for work, as I was too far away from my normal barber at home and needed a cut badly. Had my haircut and beard line up by Gracie and she did an amazing job! She told me she was two months out of Barber school and I didn’t believe it because it was better than my normal. Will be back when I’m in the area again!

I am so happy with my nails! From start to finish the experience was fantastic — quick, efficient, and the artist was incredibly skilled. I came in with a festive red, white, and blue idea for the Fourth of July and they nailed it! The stars are crisp, the stripes are perfectly even, and the bright red is so glossy and vibrant. Every detail was exactly what I asked for, and the shaping is beautiful too.

Tony installed a new faucet and connected the dishwasher as part of our kitchen remodel. He did the disconnect first. He communicated well and honored his commitments and did excellent work. He also replaced the valves on water supply under bathroom sinks. He replaced piping from basement to kitchen. Would recommend him! He does excellent work and is honest.
I have used North American Plumbing twice now, once for an emergency repair in the winter, then again for a leaky drain pipe in the basement. Both times, Mike was prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. . It's nice to find honest people in the trades, and I have found them with this company. I would highly recommend them.

From the start, he was incredibly quick to respond and courteous. I was scrambling to get this sorted, and Brian was able to fit me into his schedule much quicker than any other company I called.
To top it all off, the price was very affordable for the specific type of tank I needed. If you want honest, fast, and high-quality work, Brian is your guy. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing and heating needs!

After experiencing one too many power outages some years ago, I contacted Tom at TMB Electric about getting a whole house generator. After a site inspection, Tom walked me through all the options and was invaluable in helping my wife and I make the final selection. They handled everything, arrived on time, cleaned up the site, and came in on time and on budget.It has been a few years and every time I have had a question or (minor) problem, Tom has bent over backwards going far above and beyond what I expected to make sure we were happy. Just prior to this past 4th of July weekend we had a power outage and the generator did not kick in. Even though it was after 6 pm, I left a voice mail asking for a call back the next morning. Not only did Tom call me back within a few minutes - he spent enough time on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot and get the generator working.I can't say enough good things about this company. You will not be disappointed. Top notch in every regard.

This is our go to place for all flooring work. Having previously purchased carpeting from Instock Flooring and having had a great experience with them, we again turned to them for a new kitchen floor. From start to finish and even beyond, everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with. They have a fantastic selection of tile to choose from, as they do with carpeting. The sales person listened to our vision, took into account wall, counter, and cabinet colors, and then made strong recommendations based on that info. They offered bring home samples, including grout color chart, for us to lay out and decide on. Measurement and install went smooth as silk. The end result is a beautifully installed new tiled kitchen floor of which we are very proud to show off. My wife and I strongly recommend Instock Flooring. We will most certainly use them again for our next flooring project.
I ordered Berger-Seidle for my project in a different state, and The Long Plan Wood Floor Supply worked with me to resolve multiple UPS shipping and manufacturer packaging issues. I have never had both UPS and manufacturer problems occur on the same order/project, but they were nothing but helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.

Had John come over and give me a quote for a new walkway along with veneer steps and granite treads at the front of my house. I thought the quote was reasonable and moved forward with the proposal. Maegan in the office was easy to work with and communicated with me the entire time when they’d be able to start. Once they did, the two man crew of Kevin and Leo did an amazing job. They were there first thing every morning and worked well beyond the sunset (in November). They kept asking along the way if I was happy with how it was progressing, which I really appreciated…and once they left, they did an amazing job with cleanup as well. An easy 5 out of 5 for me.
I received excellent care at Honest Care Dental for the 3 years I lived in Salem. The dentist is skilled, pleasant and conscientious, the latest technology is available on site, and the hygienists have all been thorough and capable. Today, I had my last exam and cleaning before moving and I will be sad to have to start to search for a practice commensurate to Honest Care Dental.

Typing in a cramped cruiser, turning my body awkwardly to do so, hours standing on pavement in boots. This all equals consistent back pain. I have never found a therapist worth going to regularly until Jen. I would only go when the pain reached a level of needing immediate attention. Now that I have found a therapist will incomparable competency, I go at LEAST once a month to stay on top of any issues. Jen's knowledge of myology and anthology go beyond any therapist I have ever seen before. She has energy and enthusiasm that is infectious. She listens to your needs and works with you to identify solutions. I couldn't be happier to have been recommended to visit Jen. It's been a game changer!

Mike, the owner, knows his stuff. My husband had been dealing with tightness in his hips and legs, and I’ve had relentless knots in shoulder blade for weeks. After one session, we both felt great. My back finally felt at ease. Mike definitely understands how the body works, why things are happening and how to fix it. The suite is clean, relaxing, and welcoming!
I highly recommend if you’re dealing with tension or need a really great massage. I’ll definitely be going back!

I went in experiencing acute pain from a strained back and Genevieve totally adapted her normal Swedish massage to accommodate my various twinges and pains. She works hard to listen to what you need and make her technique address what you're feeling and needing.

Great massage, I went in with lower back pain and shoulder pain. I came out feeling amazing. My shoulder pain was minimized and my lower back will need multiple visits but already feeling success. Great customer service, clean and attentive to my concerns. No one is God overnight, but healing is with time. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you.
The entire staff is wonderful! Very accomodating for appointments, kind, compassionate and they answer the phone! I was in rough shape, but thanks to Emma I am feeling so much better. I have had physical therapy in the past, but his is hands down the best experience I have had with physical therapy.

Phenomenal experience. I've had a neurological problem causing dizziness and balance issues for almost a year that no one could figure out including doctors in Boston. I decided to try acupuncture. The doctor did a thorough evaluation before deciding if he could help. I took the treatment for half an hour and got immediate results. Barely able to walk in with the use of a cane and walked out under my own power. Highly recommend.
