Met Cindy many years ago after Petsmart terrorized and traumatized my pup. She was so kind and gentle with him and gave him all the time he needed! Teddie has since crossed the rainbow bridge, but we continue to see her with my gal Bonnie! She truly loves animals and I feel like my dogs are in good hands when they're with her!

She is one of the kindest, most supportive, and genuinely nourishing people we’ve ever met in the pet-care world. Her patience is unmatched. Our Maltese, Lou, has never let anyone near him, let alone groom him… yet somehow, Cindy has earned his trust with her gentle approach and calming energy. Watching Lou feel safe with her is nothing short of miraculous. And then there’s Nala, our sweet Bichon, who struggles with severe anxiety and separation issues. Cindy has been an absolute saving grace for her. She always takes the time to comfort Nala, move at her pace, and make the entire experience as stress-free as possible. Cindy and her staff are incredibly accommodating, caring, and compassionate. It’s clear that they truly love the pets they work with as if they were their own. We are beyond grateful for the level of care and dedication they show every single visit. At Your Bark and Call Grooming has been an amazing place for me to bring my dogs! We have had only rescues, so that has come with its fair share of traumatic grooming experiences, both at home and at grooming locations. I was so lucky to find this group of kind and loving groomers so close to home that put my dogs at ease. I no longer had anxiety about taking any of them in. I will be following them to where they open next!
