She guided me through the process and she gave suggestions from her professional point of view and was allowing me to make the final decision. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and that she wasn’t hurting me while sectioning my hair. Then lastly, after styling my hair, she made sure to correct any hairs that were sticking out and made sure I was more than happy with the results.
