After opening the wall, we found the water actually came from the roof, causing severe damage to studs and sill plates across multiple floors. The project grew beyond budget, but Elie communicated clearly every step of the way – showing us what was urgent for safety and what could wait.

Everything was done professionally within two weeks, except gutters (per my request to wait for the roofing company's warranty repair, which took 3 weeks). In the meantime, Elie went out of his way to find matching downspouts, then came on a weekend to finish the job.
