Alpine Electric provides annual maintenance for our Generac whole-house generator. Recently my husband noticed that the generator light had turned red, meaning that the generator wasn't working. He called Alpine; they came out that same day, diagnosed the issue as a bad switch, and returned the following day to install the new part, all of which was very reasonably priced.
