“Great experience with Dowling! I had received quotes from 5 different companies; one looked at our job for 5 minutes and left, and the others provided various load sizes but no explanation as to why they recommended that size. Dowling did their due diligence to look at all of our space to calculate the appropriate load size for our unit as well as the ductwork layout (both the vent locations and the duct lines to minimize ceiling impact) so the system is as efficient as it can be. They're willing to explain why they made their recommendation and educate me better, which was important to me considering the investment. Ductwork and installation went smoothly and the technicians worked through a 100+ degree day to get the AC turned on (one tech actually finished our job and left for another at 6pm that same day).
