Trevor was fantastic! He went over everything with me prior to doing the work. After he was finished he went over everything he did and made sure I understood how the unit worked in case I had questions. I would absolutely recommend them. I also loved that they sent a picture prior to his arrival so I knew who he was when he got here.

Great Service, woke up to the smell of something burnt at 3AM where my boiler is located. Shut off the boiler called East Coast that morning when they opened. Sent a service tech out right away. Determined it wasn't related to the boiler after trouble shooting and testing all components on the boiler but another pump in the basement unrelated to the boiler. All good, turned boiler back on, wasn't the boiler but a sewer pump.

Looking to have a heat pump installed and needed a review of my electrical system. Matt was quick to come out and take a look at it. Gave recommendations, respected my budget, provided useful information. A very good experience. Will use EC for any future electrical needs
