“Connor was in a couple of times to do a shower repair in my apartment, and he couldn't have been better! Having repair work done usually makes me very anxious as being around strangers makes me nervous, but he was both respectful and very friendly. His demeanor put me at ease right away, and he put careful effort into making sure my shower was set up correctly with no leaks or quick-fix bandaid solutions. He told me what the problems were and how they would be fixed, what to look out for in future, and even how to customize my new shower fixture if I wanted to add a hose attachment or new shower head. As a tenant I don't always get the rundown, as I'm not technically the "client," but Connor was kind enough to include me in the process regardless. He was also sweet to my dogs, bonus! I'd recommend him to anybody.“

“Responsive and thorough. Mike and Ryan helped me with the plumbing of my two oil tanks. Routing to the use of one as I prepared to remove a leaking second. Mike walked me through the fix and was more than gracious with his time. They showed up an hour early and charged me a fair price. We are happy to know that we have a local team we can trust.“
